Marsh Warbler, Acrocephalus palustris
Local status: Very rare passage migrant
This species is a late spring migrant and the presence of one or two birds at Fulford Ings, including a singing male in June 1999 conforms to the pattern. This pair may have bred but there were no confirmed sightings after 16th June.
